Terms of Service

E-LawnCare is a marketplace platform. We connect homeowners with independent electric lawn care providers. We are not a party to service agreements between homeowners and providers.

Providers subscribe via Stripe. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled. Pricing is shown at signup. Founding Provider rates are honored for the period stated at enrollment.

Users may not post false information, harass others, or misuse the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Provider Standards.

E-LawnCare is provided as-is. We are not liable for the quality of lawn services performed by independent providers. Disputes between homeowners and providers should be resolved directly.
