Provider Standards

Providers must use battery-powered lawn equipment for mowing, trimming, edging, and blowers on jobs sourced through E-LawnCare. Gas equipment is not permitted for marketplace jobs.

Providers earn objective trust signals through the E-LawnCare Trust Standard™ — including Electric Equipment Verified, Quiet Certified™, portfolio proof, and licensed & insured status where applicable.

Providers are expected to respond to homeowner quote requests within 24 hours. Repeated non-response may affect listing visibility.

Before-and-after photos must represent the provider's own work. Misleading portfolio entries are grounds for removal.
